Well , let’s start this off with how much this household doesn’t like “Door Knocker’s”. It now 2024 , going on 2025 and it just seems like it wouldn’t be a thing now a days with technology, computers and all the resources that are out there. XPRO ELITE Exterior Builders just happened to have been doing 3 of our neighbors roofs on Gloss ave , here in Cincinnati, Ohio that week and Dominic was the gentleman that actually came to our door. The only reason I answered is because I thought i had to move my car so their roofing crew could park. Long story short after a very brief encounter with Dominic I realized that not all people who knock on doors want to take advantage of you and feel sketchy. This was the complete opposite of what we’ve experienced with any type of roofing company or contractor. The way they carry themselves, communicate , and handle what they do was obvious to us to be at a very high standard. We’ve needed a roof for a few years and I didn’t want to spend 10’s of thousand to do so. XPRO offered an inspection called an X-RAY Analysis in which didn’t cost us anything! They expressed moisture readings behind our siding , roof , and gave us a photo report of our entire exterior with a drone. I saw that we had a few minor areas of recent storm damage and they led the way with filing a claim with my insurance and taking care of all the hassle. It only took 12 days and we had the funds paid out and our Brand New roof installed. We only paid a $1000 deductible and The hardest part was which color my wife wanted on the house. That saved us 12 grand in future expenses!!! These guys are the real deal! It really matters when a company puts business to the side and truly cares to connect with you! I had three company’s come out to give me an estimate on a standing seam metal roof and out of all the quotes , theirs was not the cheapest but the value that brought to our home and ideas is what guided us to choose them. On September 27th , winds reached 65 mph and ripped about 400 sqft of my roof apart and two sections of facia. I called two other companies and no one was available until the next day! I then saw an ad on Facebook that said “Experience The XPRO Promise” in which raised some curiosity so I called them and not even2 hours later Dominic , one of the owner operators sent his team out to repair our roof. Dominic and Ryan actually showed up moments after to ensure that their guys had it under control. I was very impressed with how passionate they are about what they do! They made the insurance process feel like a walk in the park. The only thing we had to do was pickNew colors. We are customers for life! We highly recommend this company!
