XPRO ELITE was founded by Ryan Sheehan and Dominic Mantia on one conviction: if we build it the way the Lord wants it built, the roofs, the company and the people in it will stand.

Two founders, with the Lord at the center. That's the cord this company is tied with, and it's why we can promise you the same thing on every roof.
How it started
Ryan Sheehan spent twenty years learning the roofing and exterior trade: tear-offs, installs, storm damage and the insurance paperwork that comes with it. Dominic Mantia found his gift in people. He walks a roof with a homeowner, explains what's really going on, and stays with them until the job is done.
Three years ago they started XPRO ELITE together as brothers in Christ, with one rule underneath every other rule: build it the way the Lord wants it built. Not the fastest way. Not the most profitable way. His way.

That's still how the company runs. Our team meetings include prayer, Scripture and straight talk. We tell homeowners the truth about their roofs, even when the truth is that they don't need us yet. We keep the paper trail solid and the photos complete, because a homeowner's money and an insurance claim are a trust.
And when people join the team, they tend to describe it the same way. As one team member put it in a meeting with both founders: “These are two brothers in Christ that I came in here and met and prayed together and went out and worked together.”
